Lihi Telem

 

 

 

Lihi Telem, EdD, is a research fellow at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Einat Heyd-Metzuyanim.

Her current research focuses on understanding the relationship between mindset, professional identity, and participation in interdisciplinary teaching and learning design.

Her Doctoral work tracked math education policymakers’ mindset and its reflections and consequences for math education policy and practice.

Lihi holds a BA (cum laude) in Literature and Classical studies (2001) as well as an MA (cum laude) in Gender Studies  (2004) from Bar Ilan University, and a BEd (cum laude) in special Education and English from Beit Berl College of Education (2009).

She has taught at a special ed. School, was a part of the school leadership at a public junior high school, was a national ICT instructor for The Ministry of Education and is a lecturer and course designer at Beit Berl College of Education and Kibbutzim College of Education.
